1.  Shipping

What do I do if I haven't received my package?
Our packages typically arrive in 5-7 business days from the time you place your order.  If it's been longer then 10 business days since the time of your order please contact Support@BelieveinitApparel.com and we will take care of this for you right away.  

Do you ship internationally?
We are so sorry to say we currently do not ship internationally.  We only ship in the United States.  In the future we plan to ship international so please add your email to our "International Shipping Waiting List".  

In the meantime try using a third party service like ComGateway.com or MyUs.com.  These companies provide a service that allows you to buy products in the United States and have them shipped internationally.  

How fast is your shipping?
Using our Standard ground shipping option, packages usually arrive in 5-7 business days from the time your order was placed. 

Who is your shipping provider?
United States Postal Service (USPS).

What is the price for shipping?
For Standard ground shipping the price is $4.95.


2.  Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free, easy returns and exchanges!  We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date.  We only accept apparel that is in new condition, unworn and unwashed.  If you want to return an item that meets our requirements we will accept your return and give you a refund for the item you are returning.  We do not refund original shipping and handling cost but we do cover the shipping cost for you to process a return or exchange.

If you want to exchange an item that meets our requirements, for example if the size doesn't fit right, we will mail you your exchanged item for free. 

Returns and exchanges take 7-10 business days from the time we receive them from you to be processed. 

How do I make a return or exchange?
Please follow the steps below. 

1.  Fill out our "Return and Exchange Form" here.
Then relax or go get a workout in and we will email you a shipping label. This may take up to 1-2 business days for us to process.

2.  Print your shipping label and tape it to the polymailer you received your order in.
Your polymailer has a second adhesive strip on it for your convenience to use when shipping us back your item(s). 

3.  Mail your polymailer with your return or exchanged item(s) back to us. 
Give yourself a pat on the back and say good job! You did it!

Returns and exchanges take 7-10 business days to process from the time we receive them from you.

If it's a return we will refund your credit card for the item you are returning and email you with confirmation.

If it's an exchange we will mail you back (we take care of shipping) your new item and email you confirmation when we do.  You can expect your exchanged item to arrive within 5-7 business days of our "your item has shipped" confirmation email.  

What do I do if I don't have my polymailer from my original order for shipping back a return or exchange?
No problem, you have three options. 

Option 1:
We can mail you a free polymailer to use as your return package and there is no cost to do this.  We will take care of shipping costs. 

Option 2:
You purchase your own polymailer or box at your local shipping store and use that with our free shipping label. 

Option 3:
Or feel free to cover your own shipping and packaging cost and mail us your return / exchange.

If you choose option one please email Support@BelieveinitApparel.com and request a polymailer to make a return or exchange.  Please include in this email your full name and order number. Also, make sure you have filled out the "Return and Exchange Form".

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on the order sheet that arrived with your package or in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. 

If you can't find your order number then please contact us at 702-605-0102 or Support@BelieveinitApparel.com and we will look it up for you.

Can I exchange my shirt if it doesn't fit?
Yes!  We offer free, easy exchanges so if your shirt doesn't fit we will happily exchange it for you with your new size and mail it back to you for free.  The item you wish to exchange needs to be in brand new condition and your exchange needs to happen within 30 days of your order date.  We only accept returns and exchanges on all new condition, unworn, unwashed apparel. 

Please follow the steps above in the "How do I make a return or exchange" FAQ to make an exchange. 

What do I do if my item is damaged?
If your item is damaged when you received it we are so, so sorry.  We will take care of this for you.  

Please email Support@BelieveinitApparel.com with your full name, order number and a picture of your damaged item and we will take care of this for you right away.  

We ask to see a picture for proof of the damage but once we see the damaged item we will replace it at no extra cost to you.  Once again we are so sorry for the inconvenience but please allow us the opportunity to make this right for you and we will.

How long does it take to process a return / exchange?
Returns and exchanges take 7-10 business days from the time we receive them from you. 

If you are doing an exchange once you receive email confirmation from us that your new item has shipped you can expect to receive your package in 5-7 business days.  

How long does it take for a credit to appear back on my credit card?
After your refund has been processed it will take 5-7 business days to appear on your card.  Please note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal.  In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off your statement and a separate credit is not issued. 

How do it return or exchange an item I bought in a retail store?
We apologize but we do not accept Returns or Exchanges from apparel bought from our retail partners. Please contact the retail store you purchased your apparel from and ask about their Return and Exchange policy.


3.  Payment

What credit card processing company do you use?
We use Stripe.  Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 service provider.  They are used by Fortune 500 and Public Companies. For more information please visit Stripe.com. 

What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.

How can I make a change to my placed order?
If your order has already shipped we will process your request as a return or exchange.

If your order has not shipped we can add to or take away from your order easily.  

Please email Support@BelieveinitApparel.com with your full name and order number and we will take it from there.

How do I know that my online purchase is secure?
We use Stripe as our merchant provider for accepting payments online.  Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 service provider.  They are used by Fortune 500 and Public Companies.  For more information on Stripe's security please visit Stripe.com/Help/Security

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Support@BelieveinitApparel.com and we can help you. 

If your order has already shipped we will process your request as a return and give you a full refund when we receive your returned item.  If your order has not shipped we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. 


4.  Sizing

What do I do if my purchase doesn't fit?
If your purchase doesn't fit we have free, easy returns and will happily exchange your purchase for the correct size or give you a refund.  There is no cost to you to do a return or exchange and we also ship your exchange back to you for free!

5.  Miscellaneous

Can I get another Believe in it® bracelet if the one that I received with my order does not fit?
Yes, you can but please understand we only have three sizes of bracelets; small, medium and large.  

Small bracelet is 5.9 inches in circumference.
Medium bracelet is 7 inches in circumference.
Adult bracelet is 7.75 inches in circumference.

As as reference our founder is 5'10" and 160 pounds and he wears a medium bracelet. Most kids 10 and under wear a small bracelet. 

If you would like a different size please email Support@BelieveinitApparel.com your full name, order number and what you size bracelet you want.

We will be happy to mail you a new one for free. Shipping is free too!

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax if you reside in or are having your item(s) shipped to the state of Nevada and Louisiana.
